Services and Fees

Individual therapy

1

I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults to address a wide range of mental health concerns with a focus on eating disorders, OCD, and complex trauma. Individual sessions are 55 minutes, and we accept BCBS, Aetna, Duke Student health insurance and offer out of network reimbursement support. Out of pocket cost is $160 per session.

Couples therapy

2

Relationships often take work, but it can be challenging to identify what is normal in a relationship and where more help is needed. Couples counseling can help offer a neutral space to say the things it is difficult to say, with an objective third party to make sure everyone feels heard. Sessions are typically 55 minutes, but extended sessions may be offered as needed. Couples counseling sessions are out of network, and are charged at $170 per session. I offer out of network reimbursement support.

Family therapy

3

Family dynamics can follow us through generations, sometimes despite our best efforts. Family therapy is an opportunity for each member of the family to share their experience and identify what they need to feel safe, supported, and to thrive. Family therapy is a great option for families with children and adolescents, but is often incredibly useful for families with adult children as well. Sessions are typically 55 minutes, are out of network with insurance, and cost $170. Extended sessions are available as needed.

Supervision

4

A relationship with a clinical supervisor is one of the most important elements in growth as a young professional, and in preventing burnout in a challenging career. I offer a safe but gently challenging environment to develop your ability to create rich case conceptualizations, identify appropriate responses to clients, and encourage you to identify your own areas for continued growth. I supervise clinicians who hold an LCSWA, LCMHCA, or are working towards their CEDS. Supervision is $125 an hour.
